A 60-minute comprehensive assessment of your health, with a 30-minute follow-up appointment.
You will be invited to a complete a pre-assessment health & wellbeing questionnaire
The assessment will consist of a detailed medical history. This includes assessment of your nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mental wellbeing and any harmful substance use.
Examination: blood pressure, pulse, weight, waist circumference, cardiovascular and other relevant examinations
Investigations as appropriate and may include blood tests (cholesterol, diabetes, liver etc), ECG
At the follow-up appointment, you will be provided with a detailed written report summarising the findings with recommendations and agreed next steps.
